Description
The Bergara B-14 HMR Wilderness Series is designed to meet the demands of rifles that can withstand the rugged and unforgiving wilderness while blending into those same environments. Bergara’s hand-painted camouflage stocks feature added webbing for enhanced texture and grip. All Wilderness Series barreled actions are finished with Sniper Grey Cerakote, providing advanced protection in extremely harsh weather conditions.
The B-14 Wilderness HMR rifle features an integrated mini-chassis molded into the stock, providing consistent bedding and repeatable accuracy. The rifle is also equipped with a Bergara Performance Trigger and a five-round AICS-style detachable magazine (three-round magazine for 6.5 PRC). The renowned #6 Bergara barrel is finished in Sniper Grey Cerakote and fitted with a seamless, omnidirectional, multi-ported muzzle brake designed to reduce felt recoil by up to 35 percent.
The Wilderness HMR is complemented by the smooth-running B-14 action, featuring a two-lug design with a sliding-plate extractor, coned bolt nose, and coned breech to promote smooth feeding and reliable cartridge extraction. The action is factory drilled and tapped to accommodate Remington 700-style rings and bases. Additional features include QD flush cups, an adjustable cheekpiece, and length-of-pull spacers.
